Find Your Latitude

In an effort to get the creative Latitude juices flowing, we have developed a treasure map for you to discover your Latitude.  Once you locate your Latitude, you will be able to call up the positive emotions during times of stress in your daily life.

  1. Locate a quiet place with no distractions. 

  2. Keep a pen and paper handy to jot down emotions and specific memories.

  3. When you are ready, take a few deep breathes (in through your nose, out through your mouth) and let any stresses in your day go.

  4. Relax and let your mind wander back through your life to a place where you experienced pure joy, had no stress, and felt like nothing else mattered.

  5. If you are having trouble narrowing down to a single point in your life, pick one that resonates with themes in your life today.

  6. Jot down notes as you mentally explore noting the sights, sounds, tastes, smells, and feeling of your Latitude.
